The medal "For Perfect Service" is awarded to servicemen of the Soviet Army, Navy, troops, and bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, troops and bodies of the Committee for State Security under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, who served in relevant structures for at least 10 years and have no penalties for the period of service.
